I’d never imagined a destination wedding before, but for my husband and me it was a necessity. He’s from Argentina, and I’m from the US. At the time, we couldn’t get married legally in my home state of Texas. We soon realized Buenos Aires was the most practical place to get married, but we didn’t know where to start.

When we found Leti and Fabulous Weddings, our nervousness melted away. Her energy was infectious and her experience in both weddings and Buenos Aires left us completely confident. Every detail was covered from the moment we arrived. Despite a limited budget of both time and money, Leti’s recommendations and organization allowed us to be tourists and explore the city.

During that week, we made memories to last a lifetime. We love coming back to visit at least once a year, and I’m always flooded with memories, like the scenic wedding photoshoot with the photographer Leti helped us organize. When we pass the Registro Civil, it’s like we were just there, coming out of the hall holding hands and hearing the passersby cheer and shout “beso, beso!” And we always have dinner at the cozy restaurant Leti introduced us to.

When it came to the logistics of the ceremony, Leti pre-arranged all the official documents, appointments, and requirements, including local witnesses and certified translators. All we had to do was be where she told us to be, and pack some sweet treats for the awesome employees at the registry office who guided us through the paperwork.

I had never stepped foot in Argentina before my wedding, and in under five days, Leti did everything. We’ll always remember her, not just as our planner, but as a big part of our wedding experience.
