Founder & Director
Born in Texas to French parents, Leti was raised to see value in doing things differently. She relocated to Buenos Aires after finishing her business degree and spent the next decade organizing events as the brand manager for a multinational firm.
When Argentina legalized same-sex marriage in 2010, Leti had an epiphany. She saw the opportunity to combine her expertise in business development with her passion for love and the places it can take people, and an idea was born.
What sets Leti and the Fab team apart? A mix of unique know-how and unbeatable network connections that can’t be found anywhere else.
Today, Fab helps couples celebrate their love, their way, with the personalized logistical, legal, and emotional support to make it a truly unforgettable – and fabulous – experience.

ROMINA IBARRA
Event Management + Private Chef
Born in Puerto Madryn (famous for its incredible whale-watching!), Romi came to Buenos Aires to study at a prestigious cooking school before traveling to San Sebastián, Spain for a coveted internship with chef Martin Berasategui. Since then, she’s worked in restaurants around the world. As Fab’s in-house private chef and planner, Romi is passionate about making couples’ dreams come true and crafting monumental moments for their special day.

His knowledge of the wine industry has led him to sit on the jury panels of a variety of international competitions, and he’s also taught university-level courses across Argentina. Juan is a proud ambassador of Argentina’s wine culture whose expertise and charisma spark instant connections with each and every Fab couple.
